Our beach-side restaurant at Cap Coz serves tasty ocean and land-based dishes. Our chef, Ludovic Le Torc'h, is a Maître Cuisinier de France, a title bestowed upon France's leading chefs. He draws his inspiration from fresh, local produce and mouth-watering marriages of flavours and textures. His culinary expertise is widely renowned in guides by Michelin (Bib Gourmand), Gault et Millau and Logis (“distinguished restaurant”).
Enjoy the freshness of the local produce in our à la carte and set menus that change with the seasons. Our chef has a passion for fresh, local produce: langoustines, wild abalones, and scallops in season but also artichoke, asparagus and buckwheat... In your plate, they become gourmet delights, with subtle combinations of flavours cooked to perfection.
Our restaurant is closed on Sunday evening, Monday and Tuesday midday (all year round except July and August).
July and August closing times: Monday midday, Tuesday midday and Wednesday all day (hotel guests can dine on Wed evening with a single set menu).
